I am a student at Virginia Tech majoring in Biochemistry with a minor in Data Science. On campus, I am actively involved in the Biochemistry club, undergraduate research, and VT Model UN.
What have your teaching opportunities been outside of Fairfax Collegiate?Outside of Fairfax Collegiate, I have been a private tutor for four years. I have taught a variety of subjects including math up to calculus, SAT, English, life sciences, and more. Throughout high school, I've also gained experience teaching public speaking through clubs.
What sort of experience have you had in the subject you’ll be teaching this summer?During high school, I attended the AOS at the Academies of Loudoun. At this magnet program, we took accelerated math and science courses while conducting novel laboratory research. Additionally, I am experienced in math and coding through coursework, as well as public speaking through Model UN and Debate.
