Where do you attend school and what activities are you involved in?

I am attending Virginia Tech studying Computational Modeling and Data Analytics with a minor in statistics.

What have your teaching opportunities been outside of Fairfax Collegiate?

This is my second year at Fairfax Collegiate. Previously, I worked at CodeNinjas teaching Python and Java. I also worked with a non-profit called LCVA Tutors where I was the lead tutor for all mathematics related classes.

What subjects have you taught with Fairfax Collegiate in the past?

I worked with Fairfax Collegiate in Summer 2023. In that summer, I taught Python and various math classes.

What sort of experience have you had in the subject you’ll be teaching this summer?

I have taken classes in many math, computer science, AI, ML and statistics classes. I've been a part of robotics teams growing up and have competed in many different competitions.

What excites you about teaching and working with students?

I like the opportunity to be part of their growth intellectually, personally, and creatively. There's something incredibly energizing about helping someone discover a new concept, unlock a skill they didn’t know they had, or connect ideas in a way that suddenly makes things click.

Outside of work, what are some hobbies you enjoy?

I play soccer, basketball, and work on various projects in my spare time.
